Account Manager: tasks

  • As an Account and Project Manager you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with the Clients;
  • You will follow SEO and digital projects from the beginning to the end, producing periodical reports and analysis, solving problems and looking for new business opportunities;
  • You will work collaboratively with the Sales, SEO and IT teams to ensure Clients’ satisfaction and to deliver ROI;
  • You will manage all internal reporting on performance and optimization of your Client’s revenue.

Account Manager: requirements

  • Minimum 3 years Account/Project Management experience in a web or digital agency;
  • Excellent analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving;
  • Ability to manage resources and create teams;
  • Ability to organize and structure projects;
  • Basic knowledge of the principles of Search Engine Optimization;
  • Good command of Google Analytics;
  • Excellent command of Office Suite;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and at least one of the following languages: English, German, French.

As an Account and Project Manager, you will join Pro Web Consulting’s team, managing internal resources and reporting to both the Head of Sales & Marketing and the Head of Operations.
